Základ dortu tvoří nadýchaný vanilkový piškot, který je naplněný smetanovo-želatinovou vrstvou . Na piškotu je pak vrstva mandarinek v želatině a úplně nahoře je velká vrstva lehounké šlehačky. Dortík je ozdoben kousky mandarinek a po obvodu obalen praženými mandlemi.
